Yokoso! My dream Vacation

Japan, a country filled with the past traditions and the great modernization of a nation. It stands firm on the ground as one of the most outstanding countries in the world as they are famous for their high-technology gadgets and beautiful shrines all together in one package. Yeah, I'm talking about Japan. 

Yup, going to Japan has been one of my dream vacation, well, I do want to travel to Europe too, but, first things first, I want to travel around Asia before going anywhere further. I had always wanted to go to Japan since anime ever existed. Want to know why? Because Japan is just too awesome in my eyes. I do get it why certain people judge Japan culture as some sort of an 'x-rated' country, where sex is just a normal thing, but, I could ensure you that you will take back that statement and I will tell you guys why I choose Japan!!! woohoo~

Osaka

Shibuya 

1. With it's vast culture, I would love to experience wearing a beautiful kimono, stayed in a traditional inn (Ryokan), watch a traditional performance by a geisha, experiencing kendo first hand, going through past alleys in the Osaka and Kyoto region. Oh, and I would love to take a dip in the famous public bath or the hot spring (onsen). 

2. Shopping!!! Every girls dream activity when going on a vacation. Wandering around Shibuya 109, one of the hot spots for shopping activity, or just by the streets of Tokyo, you could find all the shops filled with interesting clothes and antiques on sell. If you watched the movie 'Paradise Kiss', then you'll want to go there too. (Smirk).

3. Oishi~ that's the term for yummy. Besides shopping, food is essential like when you go anywhere. Japan's food chain revolves around the fresh catch of the day from the vast oceans. Hokkaido's fish market is famous for their daily fresh catch early in the morning. Try every food available such as Takoyaki, sushi, the poisonous bloat fish, and other famous cuisines. 

4. Sakura blossoms bloomed beautifully during spring season in Japan, as it has been a tradition in the Japanese society, every family and friends could held a picnic under the blossoms in the parks nearby. They would enjoy the beautiful bloom of the blossoms while having a wonderful meal with a little chat with your closed ones. I wanted to try this like for decades!!! 

5. You may think that I sound crazy, but I did wanted to try out their school uniform. I just dreamed of going to school just wearing that uniform and I be one of the 'sailors' at the school. I can't imagine myself wearing cosplay though. 

6. I want to visit the famous shrines in Japan and learn a way of life of the Japanese's culture in a more sensitive and sentimental manner. 

7. Ya, anime freak much, Japan has all the anime information I need. I just love to go there and get a few close ups on these animations and also the latest mangas. 

Japan has a variety of high tech-gadgets, wonderful traditions and the beauty of Japan is just extraordinary. I would just love to go there and experience it someday. Even though there is a possibility that I might not be going, but, there is still hope  for the future. This was my first dream vacation and it will lasts until the day that I'm truly satisfied about myself. I just want to go so badly that I really hope the best in the future. Dream on people! Don't give up!
